• In mutual consultation, a choice will be made for one of the two medical concierge subscriptions (basic or premium).

• Telephone availability within one business day

• Substantive response from your medical specialist within two business days

• 1 comprehensive 120-minute consultation every three months

• Option to schedule a second and third consultation with a discount on the first hour.

• Additional time will be charged based on the applicable hourly rate
