The collaboration between a client and Mauro typically begins with the client booking the Medical Concierge Initial Consultation. The cost of this consultation will be billed immediately upon the client’s approval.

After the Medical Concierge Initial Consultation, you and Mauro will choose one of the two Medical Concierge subscription plans.

Invoices are issued on the first day of each month and cover the services provided during that month.

You may cancel with one month's notice, effective at the end of the first month.

By signing this formal authorization, you are giving Mauro permission to request your medical records from the hospital where you received treatment. Once we receive this authorization, we will contact the relevant institution directly to obtain your records.
